Description:
The Texas Lottery intends to enterinto a proprietary purchase of participation in a promotional and sponsorshipagreement with Spurs Sports & Entertainment, LLC that represents SanAntonio Spurs which is the only major professional sports team in the city ofSan Antonio and NBA team in central Texas. AT&T Center, home of the San AntonioSpurs, hosts over 16,000 guests. This agreement with Spurs Sports &Entertainment will allow for marketing and promotional support for TexasLottery games by providing opportunities both in venue and through digital, socialand broadcast spaces. This solicitation is being advertised in accordance with theState Lottery Act (Tex. Gov't Code Ann. §§ 466.001 et seq.), as amended; theTexas Lottery-s administrative rules (16 Tex. Admin. Code §§ 401.101 et seq.);and other applicable laws of the State of Texas. If a competing vendor believesit can satisfy these specifications, it should respond with its product andexplain how the specifications will be adequately met.
