A-L Tier II, LLC represents University ofTexas football and will allow for marketing and promotional support for TexasLottery games to engage members of the public who might not typically purchasea lottery ticket to do so, because of the appeal and engagement provided bylive sports.This solicitation is being advertised in accordance with theState Lottery Act (Tex. Gov't Code §§ 466.001 et seq.), as amended; the TexasLottery-s administrative rules (16 Tex. Admin. Code §§ 401.101 et seq.); andother applicable laws of the State of Texas.
