The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) intends to solicit a full and open competition strategy Firm-Fixed Price contract for the inspection and repair of a propulsor "PC.1A" and "Leading Edge Ring" onboard a Virginia-class submarine in accordance with HRMC-504-25. The tentative period of performance is 17 April 2025 - 31 May 2025.
Proposals for this requirement will be due on 19 March 2025, 0900 HST. Submissions are to be emailed to both the primary and secondary point of contacts listed in this posting.
This solicitation is prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included with this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisitions Circular (FAC) 2025-03, DFARS (01/17/2025), and NMCARS 18-22.
The appicalbe North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code assigned to this requirement is 336611 and the size standard for this NAICS code is 1,300 employees.
