The 6th Contracting Squadron will be soliciting a 100% small business set‐aside for a Single AwardMacDill AFB Protective Coating (Painting) IDIQ. This Indefinite‐Delivery Indefinite‐Quantity (IDIQ)contract is intended for paint/power washing projects that shall be awarded via individual task orders.Task orders will provide a vehicle to perform interior and exterior painting, protective coating servicesand sign fabrication for various facilities.The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items andservices necessary to perform the work as described in the Statement of Work (SOW) of individual taskorders.Locations of work will be at MacDill AFB and Avon Park Air Force Range, Avon Park, FL. The workwill be accomplished for the 6 ARW, USCENTCOM, USSOCOM, JCSE and other tenants located atMacDill AFB, FL and Avon Park Air Force Range (ACC), Avon Park, FL.The cumulative Protective Coating (Painting) IDIQ value (combined value of all task orders from allawarded contracts) is not to exceed $3M over a five‐year period. The value of individual task ordersranges from $2,000.00 to $1,000,000.00, but typically they will not exceed $500,000.00.The period of performance is expected to be a five (5) year ordering period.Work to be performed under this Single Award MacDill Painting IDIQ will be within the NorthAmerican Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes as follows: 238320, Painting and WallCovering Contractors. The small business size standard is $16.5 Million.The solicitation is expected to be issued on or around 28 September 2023. The closing date and time forsubmission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package.
