Amendment #1
The purpose of this amendment is to clarify the SINS, delivery methods of the RFI response and due date:
1. The SINS for this requirement are 54151HACS (to include all six subgroups) as well as 54151S. Prospective vendors will need to have both SINS, or a teaming agreement in place that have both SINS.
2. Email of the RFI response is acceptable. Please email jonathan.w.carney@irs.gov
3. The due date for the RFI is being pushed out one-time only to 13 June 2025 at 2PM.

The Department of Treasury is seeking feedback from capable vendors for the attached DRAFT performancework statement (PWS) (Attachment 1). Treasury encourages and appreciates comments and or questions relatedto the draft PWS. Response to this Request for Information (RFI) shall be made through attachment 3. Pleasesubmit questions and comments using the PROTECTS questions and answers template via attachment 2 througheBuy. Responses to questions and comments may or may not be released. If responses to questions andcomments are not released, industry feedback will be reviewed and considered. Questions and comments aredue on 10 June 2025 at 10 am EST. A notice will be posted on SAM.gov regarding this RFI for industryawareness. Solicitation release date is TBD at this time.
Responses to this notice shall not be considered proposals and cannot be accepted by the Government to form abinding contract.
