Amendment 0003 revises solicitation section C.6 (revised in Amendment 0002) and adds information regarding the current dampers. This amendment extends the quote due date. This is a total small business set-aside construction solicitation to provide and install two boilers at the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) Re-Entry and Sanctions Center (RSC) site located at 1900 Massachusetts Ave, SE, Washington, DC, 20003.
In order to be considered for award, entities submitting a quote must be be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and the entity's posted representations and Certifications in SAM.gov must include the North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) 238220, Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors.
