This requirement is conducted under the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 13.106-1(b) and FAR 6.302-1. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source procurement action and is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes. Firms who desire to challenge this sole source must submit an interest letter that demonstrates your firm-s ability to provide an equivalent service as described below (Provide logical follow-on re-design services resulting from archaeology report, Cultural Historic, and survey-s received after the award was issued and required documents were provided for previous Title I Services under the same project). Interested parties must provide rationale as to why they should be considered. The National Park Service intends to negotiate a firm fixed price purchase order with Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Inc. (VHB) 351 McLaws Circle, Suite 3 Williamsburg, Virginia 23185. The NAICS Code is 541310, Architectural Services. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE QUOTES, and no solicitation will be issued; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirement may give written notification to edward_dingle@nps.gov no later than September 12, 2025, 1:00pm EST. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirements attached. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
