This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format outlined in FAR Subpart 12.6. Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. The National Park Service, Interior Region 2 South Atlanta Gulf has a requirement to provide a safe, sanitary, environmentally protective, and esthetically pleasing environment for park visitors and employees. The work and services for this scope consists of the following tasks to be performed every Sunday, Wednesday, and Friday (3 Days per week). Work should be performed in the morning beginning at 8am. Public restrooms will be cleaned once daily. Main Park Visitor Center is closed Monday and Tuesday for Guilford Courthouse National Military Park is in Greensboro, North Carolina. This solicitation is a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03 dated January 17, 2025.
