Enclosed is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for repair and renovation of apartments # 50 to 54. If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section-J of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address provided in para 4 below.
The Embassy intends to conduct a site visit on August 14, 2025, at 1145 hours at U.S. Embassy, Gate # ‘A-, Nyay Marg, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi - 110021, India. Prospective offerors who desire to participate in the site visit should send their interest at ChellaramaniA@state.gov no later than 1500 hrs. on August 12, 2025.
All requests for clarification must be submitted in writing via E-mail at ChellaramaniA@state.gov on or before 1700 hrs. August 12, 2025. Responses shall be provided to all contractors who showed their interest in doing business with USG. No questions shall be answered, received after 1700 hrs. August 12, 2025.
Quotations are due by 1700 hrs. (India Time) of August 19, 2025. Your quotation must be submitted electronically to Newdelhibids@state.gov with the subject line “Solicitation No. 191N6525Q0142 for repair and renovation of apartments”. The file size must not exceed 10MB. If the file size exceeds 10MB, the submission must be made in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 10MB each.
No quotations shall be accepted after 1700 hrs. (India Time) of August 19, 2025. Quotations must be in English. Incomplete quotations will not be accepted. Quotation submitted to any other e-mail ID other than Newdelhibids@state.gov shall be rejected and dealt in accordance with FAR provision 52.215-1.
The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price.
