The Indian Health Service (IHS), Shiprock Service Unit (SSU), Northern Navajo Medical Center, located at US HWY 491, Shiprock, New Mexico is seeking capable, 1) Native American Owned Small Business or Indian Economic Enterprise Small Business, or 2) any other Socio-Economic Small Businesses interested in providing the resources to satisfy the requirement to provide Telecommunication Services: Voice Data Network, Internet Network/Connection, and PRI Circuit Services to the Northern Navajo Medical Center in Shiprock, NM.
The anticipated Period of Performance for the position will be for twelve (12) consecutive months beginning from the Date of Award. The period of performance includes Base plus five (5) Option Period.
