The U.S. Consulate General Mumbai invites competitive quotes from a competent authorized Contractor for Building Automation System (BAS) Preventative Maintenance (PM) services. The Contractor shall perform BAS PM Services as described in this Statement of Work. The Contractor shall also provide further evaluation of the overall functionality of the BAS based on concerns and input provided to the Contractor by the Facility Manager (FM) and Facility Maintenance Staff (FMS).
Building Automation Systems (BAS) installed at Post3.1.1. The Contractor shall maintain the Building Automation System(s) in a safe, reliable, and efficient operating condition. The following information provides a rough summary of each BAS that is to be serviced.
