Description:
The Port is readvertising this RFQ under Event ID: 00000010237. CHANGE 1: Proposer MQ 2: Proposer must have held at least 2 public sector agreements for consulting in the last 5 years, each with a value over $200,000. CHANGE 2: Proposer MQ 3: Proposer must have managed at least 2 agreements valued at $200,000 or more for consulting services that included at least one subconsultant. The Port requires the expertise of an outside consultant(s) to support the Port-s equity programs by providing as-needed consulting and direct services including but not limited to: (1) cultural programming, (2) workforce development, (3) organization and program review, (4) small business development, (5) development of equity-related curriculum, training, and coaching, and (6) outreach and engagement in the San Francisco Bay Area. Requested services may involve an entire project, several projects, and part of a project or be for any project phase. Consultants who are awarded contracts under this RFQ may be expected to work in conjunction with the Port-s technical staff and/or other consultants hired by the Port as part of a project team.
