Description : INVITATION TO BID COMMONWEALTH UNIVERSITY of PENNSYLVANIA - LOCK HAVEN CAMPUSCWU-71-L: PUB Chiller ReplacementCommonwealth University - Lock Haven Campus of the PA State System of Higher Education invites Mechanical and Electrical Contractors to download bid documents for this project. Work included under this Project consists of the mechanical and electrical utility modifications required to support the replacement of the Cooling Tower and Pumps in the Willis Health Professions Center. Work shall be accomplished by a Separate Prime Contractors according to Pennsylvania statute. The Lead Prime Contractor shall be the HVAC Contractor and shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, the furnishing of all labor, superintendence, materials, tools and equipment and performing all work necessary to complete all construction identified on the Contract Documents to the satisfaction of, and subject to approval of the Professional and the University. A mandatory Pre-bid conference, with site visit to follow, will be held on April 30, 2025, at 11:00 AM located at 95 W Fourth St. (Facilities Building), Lock Haven, PA 17745.
