- The City of Las Vegas (City) hereby invites qualified firms or individuals (Offerors) to submit written proposals for consideration as a Public Attorney for Indigent Defendants. By means of this RFP, the City intends to immediately award a minimum of one contract, to serve Department Two located at the Las Vegas Municipal Courthouse. By means of this RFP, the City also intends to establish a candidate pool to draw from for contract award in the event of future openings. To that end, this RFP will remain open and proposals will be accepted until February 28, 2025.
