- This is a Public Notice for Request for ProposalThe County of San Benito, hereinafter referred to as \"County\", invites responses to a Request for Proposals for the following Project.The County of San Benito proposes to replace the Rosa Morada Road Bridge (Bridge No. 43C-0041) over Arroyo Dos Picachos with a new clear span, concrete slab, bridge that will accommodate two traffic lanes and two four-foot shoulders. The project would include approach work to correct sag issues and to align the approaches with the new bridge. The basic elements of this project include:Construction of a temporary on-site detourRemoval of the existing Rosa Morada Road BridgeRaising the east approach to eliminate sag and avoid potential for over-topping during floodingConstruction of a new Rosa Morada Road Bridge.We invite you to participate in this opportunity, Request for Proposal (RFP).
