Tender are invited for The Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (ADEC) proposes to issue Solid WasteDisposal Permit No. SWYA072-31, to SWW MGMT LLC, to operate a sewage solids monofill.APPLICANT INFORMATION:Landowner: Andrew HollandLandfill Operator: SWW MGMT LLCLocation: 37605 Robinson Loop Road, Sterling, Alaska 99672PROJECT DESCRIPTION:The monofill will be used for the disposal of sewage solids generated from the Sterling WaterWorks septage treatment facility which is used to dewater septage from domestic sources. Thefacility is located on a 28-acre parcel with approximately 4 acres cleared and developed for therecently built septage treatment plant and the proposed monofill. The monofill will consist oftwo separate cells constructed in two phases to reduce the overall area of the open monofill cellat any time and will accept only sewage solids generated from dewatered septage from the onsitetreatment facility.
