Tender are invited for The Alaska Department of Natural Resources, Division of Oil and Gas (Division) received a Unit Plan of Operations Amendment application on June 5, 2025, from Hilcorp Alaska, LLC (HAK) requesting to expand the S Pad gravel pad by 3.62 acres to allow for drilling of up to 22 new wells. The proposed project will be adjudicated under AS 38.05 and 11 AAC 83.346. The Division is providing public notice and an opportunity to comment.
