- The County Intends To Enter Into An Agreement For The Replacement Of The Roof At The Department Of Public Safety Warehouse Facility Located At 1596 County Services Parkway, Marietta, Ga 30008. Contractor Must Have, And Provide Proof Of, All Necessary, Valid, And Current Licenses To Do Business In The State Of Georgia And Cobb County As Issued By The Respective State Boards And Government Agencies Responsible For Regulating And Licensing The Services To Be Provided And Performed. All Work Must Meet All Federal, State And Local Codes And Ordinances And The Contractor Must Comply With All E-verify Requirements And Insurance Requirements Contained Herein. Contractor Shall Be Responsible For All Labor, Management, Additional Materials, Tools, And Equipment Sufficient To Provide A New Roof As Required. Owner- Approved Shop Drawings Will Be Required.
