- Volusia County Transit Services is seeking the most highly qualified firm(s) to perform on-going, general public transit planning activities in a variety of technical and analytical activities. The consultant team should have a working knowledge of transit funding sources, including Federal Transit Administration (FTA) and Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT). Work may include but is not limited to: service planning, grant writing, Transit Development Plan (TDP), Transportation Disadvantaged Service Plan (TDSP), and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) plan updates; graphical and technical work; and public involvement activities.
