The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Enroute Construction Group, AAQ540 intends to prequalify contractors interested in receiving the RFO package for the Underground Utility Relocation and Parking Lot Modernization at the FAA San Juan (ZSU) Combined Control Facility (CCF) 5000 Carr 190 Carolina, Puerto Rico 00979. The purpose of this Sources Sought is to solicit information from Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) contractors, which the FAA will evaluate in accordance with the factors outlined within the announcement attachment “Pre-SIR/Sources Sought”, from that information a list of qualified vendors will be developed.
