Description
Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC) has implemented the PulseVet Shockwave Therapy and components in support of military veternary staff. Zomedica has the specialized expertise to provide the required equipment and is the only authorized provider within North America. No other vendor has been authorized to sell the PulseVet Shockwave system in the US.
The Government intends to award a Purchase Order type contract, issuing Firm Fixed Price (FFP) to Zomedica Inc. (CAGE CODE 9VKF9).
The sole source acquisition will be conducted in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-l(b)(l)(i) only one source reasonably available. The Sole Source Justification (SSJ) will be posted under this special notice. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 334510, and the small business size standard is 1250 employees. This notice shall not be construed as a RFP or an obligation on the part of the Government.
