This NSN will be procured under a Simplified Indefinite Delivery Contract (SIDC) using FAR subpart 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products. A base period of 3 years with a total duration not to exceed 3 years is anticipated.

Based on market research, this item is commercial, and the Government is using the policies contained in FAR Part 13.5 for this solicitation.
