Description
The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials, and any other items or services necessary for Purchase of four (4) each Multi-Dierction Side Loading Forklift Trucks as attached Specification to Kawakami and Akizuki Ammunition Depot, Hiroshima, and Torii Station, Okinawa Japan
Note 1. FOB: DESTINATION - The contractor shall DIRECTORY deliver two forklifts to Kawakami Amuunition Depot, Hiroshima, one (1) each forklift to Akizuki Ammunition Depot, Hiroshima and one (1) each forklift to Okinawa Torii Station, Okinawa, Japan via Commercial Carrier. Shipping cost shall be included in the quotation.
Note 2. The contractor shall provide warranty for maintenance and repair services within 24 hours after the Contracting Officer's Representative's notice.
Note 3. The constractor shall provide Operation Manual, Replacement Parts List and Eletrical Drawing written in both English and Japanese..
Note 4. Solicitation issuance and closing dates are tentative. It is the offeror's responsibility to check the firm dates at block 6 & 8 of SF 1449, once the solicitation is released, to ensure submission of your offer in a timely manner. If you have any questions about the release date of a solicitation please contact the Contract Administrator or Contracting Officer listed in this announcement.
Note 5. If you r company is located outside of Japan, please provide the POC's Information of your Japanese Partmer Company's information, Company's name, POC and his/her phone number and email adderss.
Note 6. The contractor shall provide brand-new Multi Direction Side Loading Forklifts.
Note 7. The contractor shall submit both of SF1449 and SF30.
