Description:
The City of Rosenberg is seeking bids from qualified vendors for the purchase and turnkey installation of one (1) permanent 125kw natural gas generator on a concrete pad. The generator will mitigate the Rosenberg Animal Control Building, located at 1207 Blume Rd. Rosenberg, TX 77471, from power loss due to natural hazards. The generator will be installed with a 400-amp automatic transfer switch (open delayed) on a concrete pad. The project will be in compliance with latest edition of codes and standards required by Federal, State and Local rules and regulations. Contractor shall be responsible for final connection to the gas meter.This is an acknowledgement that FEMA financial assistance will be used to fund all or a portion of the contract. The selected contractor will comply with all applicable federal law, regulations, executive orders, FEMA policies, procedures, and directives.Notice to All VendorsThe City of Rosenberg utilizes OpenGov Procurement as its eProcurement platform.
