Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Document Services seeks to purchase the following equipment and associated services: The purpose of this acquisition is to acquire a Direct to Substrate, continuous feed, color label printer with complete ink set. The equipment will be used to print labels that are printed on Avery 2900 face film with a total thickness of 4.1 mm (3.1 mm face film plus 1 mm adhesive) which are then applied to various printed products. The requested equipment and supplies represent the minimum requirements of the government. Maintenance or Warranties will be required for up to 60 months. PLEASE ACCESS THE PIEE SOLICITATION MODULE FOR ALL INFORMATION AT https://piee.eb.mil AMENDMENT 0001 is created to add David Purvis as the Primary Contact and change Tina Grujic to the Secondary Contact. Please send emails to David.1.purvis@dla.mil as the primary and tina.grujic@dla.mil as the secondary for any questions related to this RFQ. All RFQ submissions are to be posted to the PIEE Solicitation module to be considered for this requirement. Amendment 0002 extends the due date to 18 February 2025 at 10:00 a.m. Amendment 0003 removes the small business set aside and makes it full and open competition. Also, it extends the due date to 11 March 2025 at 10:00 am eastern daylight savings time. All amendments must be signed and submitted with your quote.
