This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial item with commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 1232SA25Q0605 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates those provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04. The associated NAICS Code is 334516 and the Small Business Size Standard is 1,000.
The USDA, Agricultural Research Services, PA Wind Erosion and Water Conservation in Lubbock, TX, has a requirement for four evapotranspiration sensors. Prefer Li-Cor Model 710 evapotranspiraton sensors or equal. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order.

1) Transmittal Summary Letter. A summary cover letter to the submission should provide at a minimum the following (i) Identification of the Point of Contact, current phone number, and email address.
