This requirement is conducted under the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 13.106-1(b) and FAR 6.302-1. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source procurement action and is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes. Firm who desires to challenge this sole source must submit an interest letter that demonstrates your firm¿s ability to provide an equivalent service as described below (Provide Safety Suite Software). Interested parties must provide rationale as to why they should be considered. All interested firms must respond to the synopsis by July 10, 2025, 1:00pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) to Edward Dingle, Email: edward_dingle@nps.gov. National Park Service intends to negotiate a firm fixed price purchase order with J.J. Keller & Associates Inc., 3003 Breezewood Ln, Neenah, Wisconsin, 54956. The NAICS Code is 611710, Educational Support Services. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE QUOTES, and no solicitation will be issued; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirement may give written notification to edward_dingle@nps.gov no later than July 10, 2025, 1:00pm EST. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirement attached.
