The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Cancer Institute (NCI), The Thoracic and GI Malignancies Branch (TGMB), plans to procure, on a sole source basis, The Thoracic and GI Malignancies Branch (TGMB) requires the upgrade of a hyperplexed immunofluorescence imager, Cell DIVE (Leica Microsystems Inc.), with a BioAssemblyBOT 200 Cell DIVE automation workstation (Advanced Solutions Life Sciences, LLC). This robotic component will significantly increase experimental efficiency and accuracy in staining procedures. In addition, the bioprinting capabilities of this component will enable TGMB to create disease models for drug discovery. To be acquired from:

The response close date of the notice for this requirement is in accordance with FAR 5.203(b). The discovery of new therapeutic targets and more effective immunotherapies requires an extraordinary deep understanding of complex interactions in the tumor microenvironment. To address this knowledge gap, TGMB requires the purchase of an automated workstation which can produce consistent, repeatable, customized experimental workflows, and has bioprinting capabilities to create disease models for drug discovery.
