- The Hialeah Police Department remains committed to enhancing its capacity to protect and serve the community. As such, it seeks a responsible and experienced contractor with a principal business address within Miami-Dade or Broward Counties to furnish and supply the two (2) Police Service Dogs, including Canine and Handler Training. All bidders must be capable of providing canines that meet all standards outlined in this scope, including Training and Support to the Police Departments Officers at a training facility located within either of the counties listed above to ensure minimal travel time for the Handlers and Police Service Dogs.
