Description
The United States Coast Guard intends to change the contract ceiling from thirty-seven (37) to thirty-nine (39) for the purchase of Two additional Fast Response Cutters (FRCs) from Bollinger Shipyards Lockport, L.L.C., 8365 Highway 308 South, Lockport, LA 70374-0250 under Contract HSCG23-16-C-AFR625. If the option is exercised, the Two additional FRCs will be purchased using the identical current configuration baseline and requirements of the current contract. The North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) is 336611. The Two additional FRCs must be fully compatibility and configured identically to that of the existing FRC fleet, procured under this contract. No substitutes shall be considered at this time. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government and per the attached approved and redacted J&A.
