Specify the product you are offering, including its part number. (e.g., Data Sheet, Tech Specs, Cut Sheet) for the item you are proposing.
2. Pricing:Your Unit Cost must include all shipping and freight charges. Do not list shipping/freight separately.Quotes based on FOB Origin will be considered unresponsive.3. Delivery:Required Delivery Date: 21 November 2025. Your quoted delivery time frame or date must meet or precede this requirement.Clearly state your proposed delivery lead time see Clause 52.211-9 and fill in on the highlighted area/section.Note: Delivery time is a key factor in our evaluation process.
