Master As-Needed Agreement M22 General Building Services The City and County of San Francisco (City) seeks responses to a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from certified General Building Contractors (B License) interested in performing general building services at various locations in San Francisco, California. The work will involve general building services at various locations in the City, and may include, but is not limited to, repair, alteration, modernization, maintenance, rehabilitation, demolition and construction of infrastructure, buildings, structures, or other real property. The work is performed on an “if-and-as-needed” basis in accordance with the San Francisco Administrative Code Section 6.64(b) requirements. Contractors who can demonstrate experience, expertise and quality of work may be awarded a master agreement for a term of up to two years and not to exceed amount of up to $3,000,000. An online Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on Tuesday, January 10, 2023 from 1:30PM to 2:30PM via Microsoft Teams Meeting web conference. Attendance is encouraged but is not required to respond to this Request for Qualifications. Please see bid documents for instruction to attend the online Pre-Proposal Conference.
