W9126G25QA009 Amd_No_0001 - The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, vehicles, materials, management, supervision, inspection, and other items and non-personal services necessary to effectively perform herbicide and pesticide treatment services as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. Perform herbicide and pesticide contract, consisting of herbicide and pesticide application for the treatment of nuisance or unwanted vegetation and insects at Lake O- the Pines, Lake Wright Patman, and Jim Chapman/Cooper Lake. The KTR shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to effectively perform herbicide and pesticide services at the specified locations and to standards as defined in this Performance Work Statement. All pesticide shall be applied in strict accordance with manufacture-s product labeling. If lake water is used for dilution in tank mixture, batched herbicides must be applied within 30 minutes of mixing with water. The Contractor will ensure that all work is accomplished in accordance with the contract, all applicable laws, municipal codes, regulations and/or written directives issued by the Contracting Officer (KO) or the authorized representative of the Contracting Officer (COR), if applicable.
In addition, grasses and weeds may be sprayed on a per acre basis in open park and mowing areas for the control of winter broadleaf weeds and growth suppression of grasses. The Government shall provide herbicides, insecticides, and surfactants for each application under this line item, as well as tank mixture instructions.
