Description:
SFPW Yard Fuel Station Project Scope of Work: The San Francisco Public Works Operations Yard is located at 2323 Cesar Chavez. The fuel station, located within the Yard, consists of dispensers, three (3) tanks, piping and controls. The project purpose it to replace this fuel station and the soon-to-be non-compliant underground fuel storage tanks. New work includes new tanks, dispensers, controls integration, piping, storm drainage, canopy, paving and all related work. Some items specified in this project need to match existing, so no substitutions are permitted per California Public Contract Code § 3400. See Section 00 21 13 - Instructions to Bidders, paragraph 1.6.C for more information. The time allowed for completion is 400 consecutive calendar days. The estimated construction cost is approximately $5,600,000.
