ZSFG Building 5 Cargo Elevator Modernization project Scope of Work: Modernize two (2) existing service elevators at Building 5 of the San Francisco General Hospital located at 1001 Potrero Avenue. The scope of work includes the replacement and refurbishment of existing elevator equipment, car control panels, and lobby fixtures. The time allowed for completion is 550 consecutive calendar days. The estimated construction cost is approximately $1,300,000. An onsite pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday, November 19, 2025 at 10:00 AM at Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital, 1001 Potrero Avenue, San Francisco.
