The NAICS code is 623110, Nursing Care Facilities (Skilled Nursing Facilities) with a $34M size standard.Product Service Code is Q402- Nursing Home, Long-Term & Adult Day Care ServicesThe solicitation will be issued as an open and continuous basis and will be available to vendors from the date of issuance of the solicitation and continue for one year. During that period all interested parties are invited to submit a proposal for consideration. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued on/about September 19, 2025. This acquisition is to provide Community Nursing Home (CNH) services in the Atlanta VAMC catchment area. The following counties are included in this catchment area: Towns, Union, Gordon, Pickens, Dawson, Lumpkin, Floyd, Bartow, Cherokee, Forsyth, Hall, Banks, Polk, Paulding, Cobb, Gwinnett, Barrow, Jackson, Haralson, Carroll, Douglas, Fulton, Dekalb, Rockdale, Walton, Oconee, Clarke, Heard, Coweta, Troup, Meriwether, Pike, Upson, Lamar, Spaulding, Butts, Jasper, Newton, Morgan, Clayton, Fayette and Henry counties.The Contractor shall furnish all supplies and services, at the per diem rates for the Levels of Care specified. Â Nursing home facilities in the CNH program shall ensure that care meets the health needs and promotes the maximum well-being of VA patients.
