Description
This notice shall serve as Synopses of a Proposed Contract Action as required by the Small Business Act ( 15 U.S.C. 637(e)) and the Office of Federal Procurement Policy Act ( 41 U.S.C. 1708), in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.201(b)(1)(ii), for a modification to an existing contract for additional supplies or services that meets the threshold in 5.101(a)(1).

Description:The purpose of this modification is to increase the VBA International Medical Disability Examination (MDE) multiple award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract ceiling by 135.5% from 153,444 exams to 364,408 exams.
This ceiling increase represents the total ceiling for International MDEs across all International MDE contracts.
The IDIQ Period of Performance is 04/01/2022 - 09/30/2028 inclusive of all options.
