Amendment 0001 - Dated April 21, 2025
An Amendment (0001) has been issued to this Solicitation.
The purpose of this amendment is to update solicitation clauses, include an attachment incorporating an updated Request For Information document, and to extend the proposal due date.
Section I - Contract Clauses 3.6.3-14 USE OF ENVIRONMENTALLY PREFERABLE PRODUCTS (OCT 2024), 3.6.3-20 ELECTRONIC PRODUCTS ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT TOOL (EPEAT) (OCT 2024), and 3.6.3-23 DELIVERY OF ELECTRONIC AND PAPER DOCUMENTS (OCT 2024) are hereby removed.
The original responses to contractor questions, entitled “RFIs - 697DCK-25-R-00184 QNA Parking Lot FINAL”, was posted to SAM.gov on April 17, 2025; and has been updated and incorporated as an attachment within Solicitation 697DCK-25-R-00184, entitled “RFIs - 697DCK-25-R-00184 QNA Parking Lot FINAL v2”.
Lastly, the original proposal due date was April 22, 2025.
The new proposal due date is April 28, 2025; 3PM EST.
All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please annotate in Section 19 on page 2 of the Solicitation that you have read and acknowledged this amendment. In addition, when submitting a bid/proposal, please ensure to provide ALL required information in accordance with Clause SA18 - Proposal Content on page(s) 59-60 of the Solicitation.

An addition to Solicitation 697DCK-25-R-00184 has been issued. The purpose of the addition is to provide responses to Requests For Information (RFIs) regarding the subject matter project. A total of seven (7) documents have been added. One (1) document contains all the RFI's and six (6) attachments. All the RFI documents have "RFI" in the title.
The proposal/bid due date of April 22, 2025; 3PM ET remains unchanged as does all other terms and conditions.
