- Description : The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) is soliciting quotes from Certified Small Business Vendors to provide JANITORIAL SERVICES at the CHP HOLLISTER-GILROY AREA OFFICE as specified in Exhibit A, Scope of Work (SOW). The resulting contract agreement will be written for a term of twelve (12) months with an option to extend for an additional twelve (12) months by the state at the custodian rates and blended benefits required by the California Department of Human Resources. This acquisition shall be awarded pursuant to Government Code Section 14838.5 for contract that has an estimated value of greater than five thousand dollars ($5,000), but less than two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to State of California certified Small Business.
