Description:
The Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency (Agency), on behalf of the Housing Authority of the County of Sacramento and the Housing Authority of the City of Sacramento, is soliciting Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) from service vendors and contractors licensed by the Contractors State License Board (CSLB) for maintenance and construction services at public housing properties in the City and County of Sacramento.The purpose of this RFQ is to establish a pool of qualified contractors eligible to perform various services and repairs under $24,000. All Task Order bids must be returned within 48 hours of issuance. Performance shall begin upon issuance of the Notice to Proceed and shall be completed by the completion date on the Task Order, or an agreed-upon date on the Notice to ProceedThese services may be used by any department, division, or legal entity of the Agency, as well as for special projects in targeted communities funded by federal and local programs.
