This sole source acquisition will be conducted in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) only one source reasonably available.
Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC) has a requirement for Applied Imagery-s “Quick Terrain Modeler” (QTM) enterprise-wide software license and ancillary QTM training. The acquisition will be conducted in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Supart 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Procedures at FAR 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services, will be utilized. This acquisition is a small business set-aside. Any resulting request for quote (RFQ) will be sole sourced to Applied Imagery LLC of Chevy Chase, MD (CAGE 3YAW5). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 513210 and the Small Business Size Standard is $47M. The Government intends to award a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract, accommodating issuance of Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Task Orders. The estimated minimum contract value is the value of the first order issued and the estimated maximum contract value is $1,125,000.
