The U.S embassy in Paramaribo requires the Contractor to maintain the elevators identified in Attachment (1) in safe, reliable and efficient operating condition. The contract type is a firm fixed price contract for routine maintenance services paid at a monthly rate. The Contractor shall provide all necessary managerial, administrative and direct labor personnel, and as well as all necessary transportation, equipment, tools, repair parts, supplies and materials required to perform inspection, maintenance, repair, and component replacement as required to maintain the elevators in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications. - Documents:
