This written Request for Quote (RFQ) is for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
Submit written offers only, oral offers will not be accepted. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) FAC 2025-05 August 7, 2025 and DFARS DPN 20250117.
