This is a pre-solicitation notice for acquisition using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 15, 16.5 and 36. THIS PRESOLICITATION NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). The General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service (PBS), Region 4, has identified a need for a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) for the Replacement, Repair, Improvement, and Maintenance Services for Roofing Systems on Federal Facilities in the States of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee.
GSA anticipates issuing the Request for Proposal (RFP) around January 14, 2025 with award tentatively in May 2025. This RFP procurement is Total Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this project is: 238160 and the size standard is $19.0 million.
GSA anticipates awarding approximately three (3) to six (6) MATOC contract, but reserves the right to award more, that will cover all roofing services for all of Region 4-s states.
