Any information submitted by Respondents to this notice is strictly voluntary.DESCRIPTIONThe U.S. Naval War College (NWC) requires two (2) on-site contractor Command Pay and Personnel Administrators (CPPAs), who shall support all pay, personnel, and transportation-related functions for active-duty Navy staff, faculty, and students. See attached, DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW) for additional details. SCOPEPlace of Performance: U.S. Naval War College, Newport, Rhode Island 02841Period of Performance: One year from date of award. One option year will be included. Total duration of the contract is two years (if option is exercised).
