In support of the Chief of Naval Operations Policy, it is important for Navy Recruiting Command (NRC) and required personnel to participate in the Home School Legal Defense Association (HSLDA) package will encompass the period of 24 September 2025 - 27 September 2025 to include services to support the US Navy recruiting opportunities and outreach venues in the Home School Education Programs in home school, precollege and college students and professionals. HSLDA conference will provide increased visibility and awareness of the US Navy to the Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematic (STEM) programs.The Home School Legal Defense Association (HSLDA) is a nonprofit advocacy organization dedicated to defending and advancing parents- constitutional right to direct their children-s education, particularly through homeschooling.HSLDA offers legal support and representation to homeschooling families encountering challenges from school districts, state agencies, or legal authorities concerning their homeschooling rights. By partnering with HSLDA and leveraging its expertise, resources, and network, Navy recruiting can enhance outreach efforts, simplify the enlistment process for homeschooled candidates, and attract high-quality recruits from the homeschooling community.
