- Pursuant To The State Purchasing Act (official Code Of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 Et Seq.), This Electronic Request For Quotes (erfq) Is Being Issued To Establish A Contract With One Qualified Supplier Who Will Provide Recertification And Recalibration Of Radeye¿ Devices To The Georgia Department Of Public Health (hereinafter, ¿the State Entity¿) As Further Described In This Erfq. The Supplier Will Recertify And Recalibrate Radeyetm Prd/prd-er Personal Radiation Detectors, Radeye¿ G/g-10 Personal Dose Rate Meters, And Radeye¿ B20 And B20-er Multi-purpose Survey Meters. The Supplier Shall Recalibrate Devices In Accordance With The Manufacturer's Specifications And Incur All Costs Associated With Receiving And Returning The Devices. The Supplier Shall Recalibrate And Recertify The Devices Within Seven (7) Days Of Receipt And Return The Devices To Their Original Location Within Forty-eight (48) Hours Of Completion Of Service. The Supplier Shall Provide Certificates Of Certification And Calibration For Each Device, As Well As Heavy-duty Industrial Labels For Each Device Containing Certification And Calibration Dates.
