The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 intends to award asole source, firm fixed price contract to Landauer Inc, 2 Science Road, Glenwood, IL 60425 for the Radiation Dosimetry Tag and Monitoring Service for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) at Charles George Asheville VA Medical Center, Asheville, NC, 28805, Durham VA Medical Center, Durham, NC, 27705, W.G. (Bill) Hefner Salisbury VA Medical Center, Salisbury, NC, 28144, Kernersville VA Clinic, Kernersville, NC, 27284, and South Charlotte VA Clinic, Charlotte, NC, 28208. It is the Government s belief that the proposed candidate is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), sole provider, and sole service provider. The Luxel Personnel Dosimeters, Dosimetry Products and Dosimetry Services will be interchangeable and interoperable with the current service Fayetteville VAMC and Hampton VAMC.Market research has determined that these items can only be obtained from a single source without an unacceptable duplication of cost or delay in the continuity of patient care. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be accepted.However, any business that believes it can provide the Luxel Personnel Dosimeters, Dosimetry Products and Dosimetry Services may give written notice to Cherisse.Hall@va.gov by 12:00pm EDT on 8/22/2025. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement.
