RLP # - 36C25525R0016The Department of Veterans Affairs is interested in leasing a minimum of 15,786 ABOA/ SF and not to exceed a maximum of 17,759 RSF of American National Standards Institute/Building Owners and Managers Association (ANSI/BOMA) Occupant Area (ABOA) square feet (SF) of contiguous space for a Radiation Therapy VA Clinic within the Kansas City Metro area. Area of Consideration set forth below:This RLP is being issued as a Small Business (SB) set aside.The delineated area of consideration is the Kansas City Metro Area as such.The Government requests Space in an area bounded as follows:North: North I-670South: South I-435East: East Hwy 71West: West I-35 and Hwy 69Buildings with Property boundary(ices) on the boundary streets are deemed to be within the delineated Area of Consideration.The request for lease proposal is expected to be released 03/26/2025.Offeror s proposals will be due back 05/30/2025
