NO REIMBURSEMENT WILL BE MADE FOR ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PROVIDING INFORMATION IN RESPONSE TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT OR ANY FOLLOW-UP INFORMATION REQUESTS. No telephone calls will be accepted requesting a bid package or solicitation. There is no bid package or solicitation currently available. In order to protect the procurement integrity of any future procurement that may arise from this announcement, information regarding the technical point of contact will not be given and no appointments for presentations will be made.
The purpose of this sources sought notice is to determine if there are commercially available products from a single manufacturer meeting the technical requirements of this notice. The ATTACHMENT 2 identifies the technical requirements of the RADIO FREQUENCY SHIELDED SUSPENDED CEILING PRODUCTS. This is a market research tool being used to determine the availability and adequacy of potential sources prior to determining commercial availability. The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this notice.
It is requested that interested vendors submit to the contracting officer a brief capabilities statement package (no more than 5 pages total) demonstrating the ability to provide the product that meet the technical requirements (Attachment 2) of this announcement. Interested Sources responding to this Source Sought must complete the Capabilities Statement Package consisting of Attachment 1 - Company Information and Attachment 2 - Technical Requirements.
The Capabilities Statement Package must not exceed 5 pages and must ONLY be submitted electronically to:
